The Servo-Controlled Flat Cutting Machine is designed for high-precision cutting of flat wire stators, ensuring clean and accurate sections for superior motor performance. Equipped with a servo transmission system, it allows for arbitrary angle cutting and is capable of performing same-diameter cutting with each pass, ensuring a clean and precise cut every time.

 

The Servo-Controlled Flat Cutting Machine features excellent adaptability, with the ability to change tooling for a stack height range of (30-370)mm and a diameter range of (135-440)mm. It achieves a cutting precision of ±0.2mm. The machine is compatible with cores of different slot numbers, simply by changing the model in the parameter interface. Additionally, the tool life can be monitored, and it is capable of automatically sending an alarm and reminder once the tool life exceeds 200,000 cycles.
